Bike came well packed and went together quickly. (As I am familiar with bike repair) However I don’t think most people will have any trouble if you follow the Great you-tube video that shows the step by step. There was just a minor blemish on the fork from shipping, I could have fixed it myself & or lived with it, but Customer Service Replaced it after 1 simple email. After riding for a few months, I was so impressed, I pulled the trigger on a second HoEbike, This one was the 27.5 bike you see here.
You should be very happy with this purchase. I also bought an Extra Battery for Over night rides. You can use as much assist as you need & its great for tackling hills and makes riding fun. Overall I Love the bike so Much I bought 2.

My 27.5 48V 500W E-Bike came packaged very well and in good shape. I like the bike very much, and it is as advertised. Assembly went well, would suggest to clarify the directions on the front wheel yoke stem as how the spacers are assembled. I have ridden it for about 2 months and have no complaints, other than the seat is more of racing than mountain bike seat. It has kicked the motor circuit breaker twice either from heat or overload, but doesn’t seem to be an ongoing issue. Nice Hotebike!

Fantastic bike. I use this bike for recreation as Im retired and would definitely recommend this bike to anyone. I have ridden this bike for well over 1000 miles without problems.

HOTEBIKE arrived early, well packaged, and in excellent condition. Easy to assemble. It works terrific. Tools provided helped in the assembling. Instruction was adequate for assembling. The bike has a pleasing appearance.

This Hotebike is exactly what i was looking for in an ebike.
Setup was extremely easy with video. Everything was working well. Assembly time was about 1 hour. Only upgrade I made was a different seat.
Lots of features and great quality components, lightweight aluminium frame, Shimano 21-gear, powerful brake.
Rides extremely well with powerful motor. It goes nearly 20mph and has a great 5-pedal assist option. Also has a thumb throttle if you wish to have a rest and use the electric motor only.
The customer service when I contacted them via email was very prompt.
Overall very impressed with the bike.
